Elegant Christmas Ornament Cards

I created a set of 10 of these cards for a client. I love the blues and the little bit of glitter.

Snow Friends Mini Clipboard

I love these little guys from CTMH. This was a set that was first introduced as a Stamp of the Month set, but they brought into the regular line of product the following year. Good thing because these guys are just adorable! :)



The little clipboards are a fun alternative to plain old Post-It notes. With the binder clip on top, you can hang this little board up next to your computer (or anywhere else you need sticky notes). Also, it is refillable! :)

The base of the clipboard is 4 X 4" chipboard. All products (other than chipboard, binder clip, and sticky notes) are from CTMH.

Mini Easter Basket with cards

This cute little creation holds 5 mini scalloped cards. I've had this project in my "to do" file for a long time, too. I thought this would be perfect for Easter, so I figured I'd give it a whirl!

The basket measures approximately 2" X 2" X 3.5" tall. Each of the cards measure about 1.5" X 1.75". Very tiny and very cute.



I used DCWV's newer paper stack, Sorbet. I love those colors and the fact that half of the papers have glitter on them! Can we say "Fun!"? I added some CTMH cardstock, ink, and stamps, though.

Pink Snowman Gift Card Holder

Bet you can guess which set these cuties came from.....yes, 'Snowfriends'. Really, how could you NOT think these little guys aren't the cutest most adorable things you've ever seen?!



See those outlined snowflakes on the inside? There is also a solid one in that set, that is the stamp I used to create the wreath on this card.

Snowman Gift Card Holder - vertical

Now, this fella is cute, yeah? This snowman was pieced together from one of CTMH's sets, 'All Decked Out'. You can build many different snowpeople out of that set, which makes it pretty versatile...and I like that. :)



This one, too, fastens with velcro. The saying on the inside came from that other adorable snowman set I keep talking about, 'Snowfriends'....LOVE IT!

I softly added color to this friend with watercolor pencils, also from Close To My Heart, and blended them with the blending pen.

Presents Gift Card Holder

Yup, another gift card holder I created this Holiday season. This one fastens with velcro, though.



I stamped that package twice and cut it out. I placed one on each side of that flap and adhered it that way. I wanted it to be secure and sturdy enough to sustain the wear and tear of opening and closing the velcro tab....it worked nicely.

Holly Berries Gift Card Holder

Here is another gift card holder I made for the Holiday season.



Though, I'm not a traditional person, I do like this one....the bright colors help to make it 'OK' for me. :)

Winter Wonder Gift Card Holder

I really enjoy making these gift card holders. This one was created as a sample for a customer, she was looking for something different but elegant....unique. She liked this sample, but we changed the color scheme.



The little tab on the left opens and then the right tab opens to expose the gift card. They fit any standard credit card size card.

Here is a traditional one for ya!

The traditional color scheme, the wreath, the simple format....everything traditional....and while I think it is OK, it just isn't me.

I made a set of these for a girlfriend of mine....and she loved them.



The wreath is actually made up of snowflakes, the solid snowflake from the "Snowfriends" set. Then I used my Crop-O-Dile to set groups of three eyelets as holly berries.

This year's Holiday Card

This cute little fella graced the front of our Holiday Cards this year. I just love this stamp set from CTMH, Snowfriends. It is my favorite snowman/winter set, ever. How could you not think he is adorable?



I am a pretty non-traditional person, so I went with non-traditional Holiday colors. I really like chocolate brown with that green....and pink. :)



Gotta love that white core, too, eh?

Card Contest Entry

I had gotten an invitation through my Etsy store to participate in a card contest for the Holidays. It sounded like fun to me, so this is my entry. The gal running the contest sent over 2 pieces of B&T (patterned paper) and some punches (circles and scalloped circles). The object of the contest was to create a card using as much of the supplies provided as possible, and create something unique. :)



While I didn't win, it was a lot of fun....and I got to think outside the box for a bit. Not sure if this gal hosts these kinds of contests often, but I'll probably do it again if so.
