Pretty in Pink Card

I created this card as a joke for a girlfriend of mine who hates pink.



The little spinner (bottom right) says "Oh no she didn't!" and the interior reads "Yes she did - there is pink all over this card!"

We both got a good laugh out of it.

Card measures approximately 4.25 X 5.5"

I used the bandana method to create the pink patterned paper.

Another favorite - Fancy Folded Card 4

This is another beauty that is the result of the trip to Hallmark I mentioned earlier. I changed it up a bit, as the one in Hallmark didn't have any closure...among a few other details.



I made this for a special friend of mine, so I needed a really special card....and I think this did it.



The little flap can be opened to the left and then the large flap opens to the right, exposing the inside sentiment and message.

Friendship Card - flowers in vase

I made this card for a friend who was in the hospital. I wanted something simple, yet fun....and unique. I went with 3-D flowers in a vase. Each flower is secured behind the vase, which has dimensional pop-dots under it.



I love bright colors, they say "Get Well" to me! :) I use these specific colors any chance I get. The patterned paper is discontinued now (from CTMH, no less). They used to have whole packs of B&T paper in each color family - miss that stuff, gotta say. :(
